- Non-Returnable Items: Customized or personalized items and products marked as final sale cannot be returned.
How to Return an Item

- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
- Prepare Your Return: Package the item securely with the RA number included. Ship it to the return address provided in the instructions.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
- Direct exchanges are not available. To exchange an item, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Contact us immediately at support@healthadvice4life.com if you receive a damaged or defective item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
